The Event
The Regional Financing Arrangements (RFAs) is an annual research seminar event jointly organized by ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO), the European Stability Mechanism (ESM), and the Fondo Latinoamericano de Reservas (FLAR). The seminar aims at bringing academics and institutions together to discuss key issues pertaining to global and regional financial stability.
The 2-day conference started with joint meetings and ended with dinner in One Fullerton. Compass managed the sourcing of the dinner venue as well as a tour of the Fullerton Hotel with Singapore Tourism Board’s appointed guides.
Compass is appointed for the Joint RFA Seminar 2020.

What We Delivered
Showcasing Singapore: Compass arranged with Singapore Tourism Board’s tour guides for a 60 minutes tour of the iconic Fullerton Hotel. Apart from walking through the National Monument, the guides were briefed to provide context of Singapore’s history and diverse culture.
Dinner was held at Jing Restaurant where Compass worked with the Unlisted Collective restaurant on the menu which best showcases the culinary diversity of Singapore.
Hollow Square: Landscaping was specially brought in for the conference. Apart from sprucing up the ballroom, the landscaping included the national flower of Singapore to produce a unique identity.
The use of televisions spaced strategically within the hollow square as well as around the ballroom made sure the participants were able to view the presentations in regardless from where they were seated. On top of that, the Audio Visual Console connected to the Fullerton’s in-house projectors for better visibility as well as a digital backdrop.
